  • Phongsavan Bungalows
    Located only 400 m from the centre of Vang Vieng, set in a quiet neighborhood, close to lots of great Laos restaurants and a sauna. There are plenty of plants and trees surrounding the bungalows which back onto rice paddys behind, with great views of the mountains. There are hammocks set around the garden for each room, free wifi, pool, ping pong and boule for all guests. The restaurant is also open in the morning for breakfast. This is one of the best spots to stay in Vang Vieng.

  • Sengkeo GH
    Situated just 200m from the town centre of Vang Vieng, Sengkeo Guesthouse has some quality rooms for just 50, 000 kip. The beds are comfortable, rooms clean and the garden is spectacular. The owner's English is perfect and he knows a plethora of information about Vang Vieng and the surrounding area, especially if you want to volunteer.

    Set on the crest of the hill, this old style Laos villa is surrounded by plants in a cool, breezy and earthy setting. There are various types of rooms, some with shared, others with private bathroom. The rooms are cool, comfy and have a rustic style.

    Located opposite the Villa with great views of the cliffs of Vang Vieng. The common area and restauarant has similarly earthy decor.
